With over two decades of extensive experience in the eyecare industry, Janice is well-positioned to guide Eyecare Republic in fulfilling the unique needs of eye care professionals.
Janice brings a wealth of expertise from her previous roles at leading organizations including IDOC, Bausch + Lomb Vision Care and Johnson & Johnson Vision. Additionally, her background in consumer-packaged goods at Frito-Lay and Nestlé adds a unique perspective. Her time spent in London enhanced her optical knowledge while she focused on improving Sales Force Effectiveness across European, Middle Eastern, and African (EMEA) markets. Her diverse leadership experience in developing and managing high-performing teams in areas such as sales, sales management, strategic partnerships, marketing, industry events, and professional affairs make her exceptionally qualified to support eyecare professionals and their patients.
